Help us shape the aged care industry

At St Vincent’s Care Services, we foster and support a culture of continuous improvement in order to deliver exceptional services to our residents and clients. As part of this, we greatly value and encourage your feedback on our services. Your feedback helps us understand the changing needs and preferences of our residents, along with tailoring our services to meet those needs.

We welcome the views, ideas and opinions of staff, residents, families/loved ones, our partners and stakeholders, both to improve our own services and care, but also identify changes are needed more broadly.

If you would like to share your thoughts with us – either on our services or on aged care system reform more broadly, so we can consider them for our own submissions to the Royal Commission – please contact svcsceo@svha.org.au.

St Vincent’s Care Services is working with our industry partner, Catholic Health Australia, to co-ordinate our submissions, responses and other communications in regard to the Royal Commission and any outcomes following the inquiry.

Your input into the way aged care is delivered, not only at St Vincent’s Care Services but across the sector, is important and very much appreciated, and will assist in helping all of us build an aged care support system that works for everyone.
