Excellent care for my elderly Mother at St Vincent's Care Home Edgecliff. From Cathy at reception to Anna, Eta, Dianne and all the RNs. Your work is hard but you all do it with a smile.

Our mother is I believe the longest serving resident in Edgecliff having moved in almost 17 years ago! Mum is now 99 so cannot participate in many of the activities but up until her most recent fall of 2 weeks ago she was a regular at bingo. Mum adores most of the staff but of special mention is Eta, the Lifestyle Manager, Dianne, Maree, Anna Maria.... the list goes on - she pretty much loves them all! I think the last two years have shown that St Vincent's Edgecliff is a stand out facility where the staff are really kind and caring, so important in a field where there are always so many challenges but particularly now.

Anna and her team at Albert Court Edgecliff are friendly, compassionate and consistently deliver patient-centered care despite the challenges thrown at them by the pandemic and staff shortages. Mum has often referred to Albert Court as 'home', which for me expresses how safe, secure and nurtured she feels. I sense that strong bonds have been forged with Mum and many of the longer term staff - Leonie, Honey, Eta and Cathy (on reception) - that only adds to Mum's overall wellbeing. Thank you so very much for all you do for Mum and her companion residents.
