Terms and Conditions for St Vincent's Care 6-Month Fee Free Offer – Mitchelton, Enoggera, Bardon & Heathcote

1. Offer Validity Period: 

This offer is valid for deposits made on St Vincent's Care retirement units or villas at either Oxford Park Village by St Vincent’s Care at Mitchelton, St John the Baptist Village at Enoggera by St Vincent’s Care, John Paul Village by St Vincent's Care at Heathcote, Magdalene Court Village by St Vincent's Care at Bardon between December 16, 2024, and March 30, 2025. 

2. Inclusions: 

Customers who successfully make a deposit within the specified timeframe will be entitled to the following benefits: 
- Six (6) months of free general service and maintenance reserve fees related to their unit or villa. 

3. Deposit to Settlement Requirement: 

The offer is contingent upon the successful completion of the deposit, leading to settlement on the chosen unit or villa. Should the deposit not proceed to settlement, the offer will be automatically withdrawn. 

4. Eligibility: 

This offer is available to all customers who deposit on a St Vincent's Care unit or villa within the stipulated timeframe at either Oxford Park Village by St Vincent’s Care at Mitchelton or St John the Baptist Village at Enoggera by St Vincent’s Care. 

5. Offer Expiry: 

The benefits associated with this offer are only applicable to deposits made on or before the last day of March 2025. Any deposits made after this date will not be eligible for the specified incentives. 

6. Non-Transferable: 

The benefits offered under this promotion are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. 

7. Modification or Cancellation: 

St Vincent's Care reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect deposits made before the modification or cancellation takes effect. 

8. General Terms: 

All other terms and conditions of the resident contract and St Vincent's Care policies remain applicable.
