Aged Care Job Vacancies (Sydney)

All the staff at Bronte are caring and professional. Our mother Noeline has been there for nearly six years and has been looked after with compassion and attention. We would especially like to mention Margaret the hairdresser who is aware my mother has dementia and that she loves singing. She always has a song ready to sing with her, which is extremely thoughtful. Allison also knows our mother likes to sing so tries to get her to musical activities. Jane and Vanessa on the front desk have always been helpful. The assistant nurses on Level 1 have been crucial in making sure our mother is well looked after. We could not ask for more.

My mother who has been on the second floor of Bronte Aged Care for a year, has had nothing but praise for everyone who looks after her. She tells me every time I see or speak her, that everyone is caring, kind, considerate and respectful. She says she couldn’t have better care, and wishes that all employees could have their salaries doubled. She has said that, should I get to a stage where I’d need residential aged care, that she hopes I can be in a place as good as Bronte Aged Care.

I am grateful of the wonderful care and compassion my mother is shown. Especially during COVID-19, where times are uncertain and can be scary for the elderly residents.

I think the communication is excellent and the staff are friendly and caring which is very reassuring. Most importantly, my mother seems very happy.

When my mother goes to exercise sessions the exercises are explained to her while holding her hands and feet and she can participate with much joy....she is nearly blind.
